BUNKA - the first and only Boutique Hostel in Riga, family owned and operated. I would better say Home.

Here we united the best from hotels and hostels. So we ended up with a perfect space for travelers who don't want to lock themselves in lonely hotel room and like to meet other people, in the same time value their privacy and cleanliness. Its perfect for adult travelers, who want to meet people while traveling, but value their privacy and cleanliness.

We have 11 private rooms - different size, style, all can be locked for your safety. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared. Bathrooms are separate for women and men. Kitchen is equipped with basic stuff for cooking, tee/coffee machine available 24/7. Here is a large chill zone to meet fellow travelers. On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays some rooms could get noisy at night, but its part of Old Riga life.

You cannot imagine better location to stay in Riga - everything is reachable in minutes of walking. The building is located on a small street in Old Riga. Bunka is located on the 5th floor, penthouse. Sorry - no elevator, but our place is best described by Led Zeppelin song lyrics Stairway to heaven.. The view You will get here is not comparable to any other - amazing sunrise from our closed balcony while drinking your morning coffee and calming moonlight at late night.

From our street you can see river Daugava and have a wonderful walk or bike ride along the river. Traditional Latvian food place is just downstairs! Cool bars as well.
