The loans provided through the EstateGuru platform are secured against property with a maximum amount of €3 million and LTV of 75%.

EstateGuru has established itself in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with more than 220 loans issued amounting to €35 million. To date, EstateGuru has more than 8700 investors from 45 countries contributing to loans and the company is now expanding even further!
In 2017, EstateGuru will be launching its lending platform in Ireland and the United Kingdom with several following destinations already under preparation.
