Living Suites is a brand new Copenhagen apartment hotel and is the perfect alternative to a standard Nærum hotel. Benefit from all the features of a Nærum hotel room, with the additional home comfort of an apartment. All of our Living Suites apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area, a large private balcony and superior quality beds. The apartments are expertly designed to combine comfort, aesthetics and functionality with a Scandinavian feel. The apartments offer complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with an Apple TV-box and an easy to use smart heating system. Our onsite facilities include a guest laundry room, a lounge area for socialising, large common kitchen facilities, two meeting rooms and accessible free parking.

Whether you are planning a short visit, or an extended stay, Living Suites offer the ideal solution for those who want ‘stay-at-home’ comfort rather than a standard small Nærum hotel room. As an added bonus, this Copenhagen apartment hotel is conveniently situated with close proximity to public transportation and the motorway.

At Living Suites we embrace a smarter way of living and a smarter way of working. Throughout the process of designing our Copenhagen apartment hotel, we have kept this philosophy in mind in order to create a ‘home away from home’ that is desirable to live in, work at, and spend time. As a result, the apartment hotel features residentially inspired suites with a homely feel. Our onsite facilities make it a pleasure to work and socialise with other guests. The neighbouring fitness centre and surrounding environment, including ’Dyrehaven’ a large nature reserve and the seaside, also facilitate a healthy, active stay.

We believe communication and honesty is key to owning a business, and as we specialise in extended stays, we may not be suited to all types of guests. Below are some guest types which we may not be the ideal accommodation choice for:

- If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a spa experience
- If you are looking for an in-house restaurants and bars
- If you want to live downtown and in the midst of nightlife. (Copenhagen city-centre is 20 minutes away)
- If you demand 24/h service. (We are very service-minded, but don't offer 24-hour front office nor room service.)
