Fondazione Italiana Alimentari Totale betyder frit oversat TOTALOPLEVELSE, som kan mærkes allerede når man træder ind ad døren. Alle byder en velkommen og man træder nærmest lige ind i køkkenet, hvor man kan se ilden buldre i pizzaovnen. Maden er original Italiensk med et moderne touch og ofte finder man “nye” råvarer fra Italien på menukortet.
Vores gårdhave holder vi åbent hele året. Her er der sydlandsk stemning fra de lunere himmelstøg selv i Januar.
Vinbaren summer af liv. Her får du unikke vine på glas, små snacks og meget mere. Vores sommerlier finder det helt rigtige glas til dig.

Freely translated Fondazione Italiana Alimentari Totale means complete experience. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel a sense of welcome from everyone around you. The entrance almost brings you through the kitchen where you can see the fire roar the stone pizza oven. This gives you a feel of the authentic italian cuisine with a modern touch - often you will find 'new' exiting ingredients on the menu.
Our courtyard is inspired by the warm summer evenings near the mediterranian and is open all year.
The wine bar is full of life. You can enjoy unique wines by the glass, small snacks and much more. Our sommerliers will pair the perfect glass with your mood.
