John og Lise købte butikken i 1973. Flemming stod i lærer hos sin far og overtog butikken i 1997. Idag har Flemming været slagter mester i hans egen butik i 20 år og er stadig kendt for sine rullepølser, lækre deller og lune leverpostej.
