The Narconon network of rehab and prevention centers consists of more than 100 locations on six continents. Each Narconon center is non-profit, and is dedicated only to saving lives from the destruction of alcohol or drug addiction. The international headquarters for Narconon is located in Los Angeles, California. There are regional management offices in Copenhagen, Denmark; Milan, Italy; Clearwater, Florida; and Moscow City, Russia.

Outcome monitoring and studies of results by Narconon itself or independent outside agencies prove again and again that the majority of Narconon rehab graduates not only retain their sobriety but also manifest a healthier lifestyle.
