Share Control AS is an IT company that specializes in offering self-developed solutions built on the Microsoft platforms: SharePoint and Power-Platform. Our solutions cover a wide range, including accounting according to IFRS 16, document and agreement management, as well as compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act.

Since 2014, we have quickly established ourselves as a reliable player in the market, and in 2015 became the first Norwegian IT company with a business app in the Microsoft App Store. Our products are available in several different languages, including English, Norwegian, Danish and Swedish. This enables us to serve a wide range of customers and offer solutions that are adapted to their specific needs.

ShareControl Contract allows you to systematically store, manage and sign contracts in one place. With this solution, the contract owner, employees and management will have a full overview of contracts and upcoming renewal deadlines, while eliminating the dependence on individuals. The contract system provides safe and complete financial reporting on cash flow, cost forecasts, risk and compliance - in this way you can better manage future financial results.

ShareControl Board provides the board and administration with a unified platform with an overview of board meetings, business documents and board information, so that you can hold effective board meetings.

ShareControl Transparency is a user-friendly system, built on Microsoft Power-Platform, to easily handle the legislation surrounding the Norwegian Law: Transparency Act. The application includes lists of suppliers, semi-automated questionnaires and reports, file storage, risk assessments and more. The application contains options for reporting/accounting - so you can quickly produce this for the web.
